Our Dentists

Dr. Ali Maan is originally from Manchester, UK, and has over 18 years of experience practicing in both the UK and Singapore. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Science degree from King’s College, London. After gaining experience as an associate dentist, he opened his own clinic in London.

In 2013, he moved to Singapore with his Singaporean wife, first working as a Senior Dentist for a large healthcare organization and then in a family clinic in Bukit Timah. As a strong proponent of continuous learning, Dr. Maan pursued postgraduate training, earning an MSc degree in Restorative Dentistry from the University of Birmingham, UK. This qualification allows him to offer a wide range of treatments, including cosmetic dentistry such as tooth whitening, composite buildups, veneers, root canal treatments, and management of worn teeth due to diet or grinding. He particularly enjoys oral surgery, including wisdom tooth removal and implant placement and restoration. He is experienced in treating anxious patients, including children, and is an Invisalign-certified provider.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Maan spends most of his time with his wife and their two boys. He is a keen sports fan, especially of football and cricket. He also enjoys reading and listening to podcasts.
