Direct Billing
To ensure your visits to Smilefocus are as relaxed as possible we offer a direct billing service to your insurance provider. If your dental insurance cover does not pay for the account in its entirety, we charge your credit card, based on the information you have provided to us.

- Bupa International or Bupa Global
- Cigna UK/US/IPMI
- Euro Centre
- Geoblue
- Provider recommends a letter of guarantee, so please request this before coming in to avoid payment issues.

We are unable to advise you on your individual cover limits. Please seek advice from your insurance provider or ask us to help you obtain a letter of guarantee if full cover is required before proceeding to treatment.
