Patricia Hancock Dr Hancock has more than 30 years experience working in London, Hong Kong, Geneva and Singapore.

Dr Hancock has over 30 years of experience working in London, Hong Kong, Switzerland and Singapore. She also lectured for many years in Hong Kong on Oral Radiology, Periodontology and Conservative Dentistry.
Her approach to dental treatment is gentle and conservative, encouraging patients to maintain their mouths.
She gained Part 1 of the Australian College of Dental Surgeons Fellowship. Besides dentistry, Dr Hancock’s expertise includes research experience in tissue culture and Oral pathology. Her other passions include handicrafts, dressmaking, tennis and oriental dance.
Singapore has been home for quite some time, and she is a founding member of the Smilefocus team.

Dr Hancock can converse in French and German and welcomes patients with dental anxiety.

Francine Chia

Dr Francine Chia trained in Adelaide, Australia and has over 15 years clinical experience.

Dr Francine Chia trained in Adelaide, Australia and graduated as a part of the Dean’s list. She has over 18 years of clinical experience. Dr Chia has been a member of the Smilefocus team since 2008, and she is well known for her gentle approach.

Dr Chia particularly enjoys cosmetic and restorative dentistry and has specific training in Invisalign. Dr Chia is happy to work with anxious and nervous patients and enjoys motivating nervous patients to become regular and confident clients! She aims to help improve your smile and confidence while encouraging optimal oral hygiene and health.

Dr Chia is passionate about food and travel. In addition, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the great outdoors!

Jonathan Luke

Dr Jonathan Luke trained in Otago, New Zealand. He has worked in both public and private clinics in New Zealand and Singapore.

Carol Tam

Dr Carol Tam graduated from the National University of Singapore Dental School with a Bachelor in Dental Surgery in 2000.

Dr Tam has practised dental surgery in both Singapore and Hong Kong for over 20 years. Dr Tam prioritises patient comfort with a warm demeanour and excellent clinical skillset, as reflected by her meticulous attention to detail and effective dentist-patient communication.

Dr Tam has experience serving a diverse patient group, including senior corporate executives, A-List media and sports personalities, and their respective family members. She practises extensive dental treatments and has a keen interest in root canal treatment, cosmetic dentistry (veneers, crowns, Invisalign etc.) and paediatric dental care.

She has volunteered as a pro-bono dentist at the Po Leung Kuk Residential Child Care Service (in Hong Kong), providing expert dental treatment to underprivileged and orphaned children.

Dr Tam enjoys embracing the latest dental trends outside the clinic and is committed to lifelong learning. She enjoys spending precious time with her family and always keep a healthy work-life balance.

Hannah Mathew

Dr Mathew graduated from the University of Adelaide and has practiced in numerous locations across NSW, SA and VIC, Australia, over the last eighteen years.
Coming from a family of dentists, she takes great pride in her work, and values the connections that she builds with her patients. This enables her to attend to her patients’ concerns with compassion as well as understanding, and she is committed to putting her more anxious patients at ease.
Dr Mathew enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, in particular oral surgery and restorative dentistry. She regularly attends continuing professional development courses to ensure that she stays current and up to date with new practices in the dental world.
Aside from dentistry, Dr Mathew enjoys long walks and curling up on the sofa with a good book.

Soh Yu Jie

Dr. Soh Yu Jie earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore (NUS). During his undergraduate education, Dr. Soh was awarded the Dean’s List and a Distinction in Physiology. After graduation, Dr. Soh worked at various public health institutions before pursuing post-graduate training in Endodontics at his alma mater. Over the course of his career, Dr. Soh was actively involved in numerous academic and research projects, contributing to multiple research publications and presenting his findings at international conferences. He is also a member of the Singapore Dental Association and the Society of Endodontists (Singapore).

Loo Sun Din

He first qualified from the National University of Singapore in 2005 before being awarded a scholarship to pursue post-graduate specialist training in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Hong Kong, where he developed a discerning interest in facial recontouring, complex jaw and face surgery and dental implant rehabilitation.

Dr Loo dedicated eleven years of his career to public service at the busiest surgical units in Hong Kong and Singapore, holding clinical positions in Queen Mary Hospital (HKG), Prince Philip Dental Hospital (HKG), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (SGP) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (SGP).
Currently, he maintains his role as Visiting Consultant to several public and private hospitals in Singapore.

Embracing sharing and exchange of knowledge, Dr Loo is a teaching faculty in local and overseas surgical courses in corrective jaw & facial surgeries and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSAS).

He is a member of Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Osteosynthesefragen (AOCMF) and the International Society of Head and Neck Trauma (iSHANT). He also co-wrote a chapter in dental implants for surgery textbook in his spare time.
